First and foremost, please stay! According to Reinvigorate about 90% of you come and leave without going deeper than the frontpage. That’s too bad.

I would love to hear your feedback about the design. Because I’m a design freak, every pixel must make sense, so your feedback will go a long way.

A bit about this site

Youtilize.com is a blog currently written only by Dimitry, a 21 year old Front-End Engineer by profession and entrepreneur by heart. He’s a recent graduate with a Finance degree under his belt and enjoys sharing his knowledge with the public.

Youtilize theme for WordPress

As planned in the past, this look before your eyes will be ported from this custom-coded blog to a more popular WordPress blogging engine for public use.

I’ve gotten some requests to create a theme based on the Youtilize design and think it’s a great idea.

The design looks great, I came across your site from Paul's blog and since then always come back. You got some interesting topics and discussion going on as well.

Some advice I read a couple of years ago said not to refer to yourself as "we" or "our". If its just you, then don't appear to be more than just you. People aren't scared by it. Just a thought!

Unless in fact you aren't alone, then nevermind.

One of my favorite design aspects of your site is simply the top level navigation. Very basic, but I like the drop shadow on the thin capital letters.

One thing I might change: the comment date and time system. I don't really like the "12 hours later" or whatever. I don't know when you wrote the post without going to check so it makes less sense. Don't mind me too much; I just have my opinions. ;)

Patrick: That's an interesting point about the comment timing. I'll probably change that back to "X time ago" or simply date/time.

As far as RSS button, yeah I changed it up a bit to be bit more specific.
